Wind Ridge International, LLC, is an independent consulting firm which specializes in optimizing Information Technology (IT) resources and processes. It also helps IT leadership overcome their daily challenges.
The role of Information Technology is changing very quickly. IT is now viewed as the technology expert for the company, and as a result many companies are including them in the decision making process for new business initiatives. As a result, IT needs to move out of their comfort zone and work in unison with business and senior management to create business value.
When this collaboration is working well there is a “sweet spot”, as illustrated below, where business, senior management and information technology are working as equals, creating corporate business value as a team.
