Staab, MS, CSQA, CSTE, CSPM, is President of Wind Ridge International, LLC, a resource and process management consulting firm.  Mr. Staab is a professional speaker as well as a consultant and trainer.  His firm specializes in helping CEO’s, CIO’s and CTO’s discover their specific resource and process management challenges.  He then draws on over thirty-five years of experience to provide customized solutions and training. 

He is listed in, International Who’s Who of Information Technology,andhas authored more than 30 articles and publications.  He is the author of the e-book, The Real “How-To” on TMM, and his new book, Ten Information Technology Challenges for the 21st Century, is scheduled for publication in 2009.

Robert B. Staab is a primary consultant for Wind Ridge International LLC. Carol Dekkers, PMP, CMC, CFPS, P. Eng. is President of Quality Plus Technologies, Inc., a strategic partner of Wind Ridge International.  She specializes in helping companies dramatically increase their software and systems project success through measurement.  Domestic and international clients include industry leaders such as Nielsen Ratings in Florida, National Taxation Office in Stockholm, Chinese Software Benchmarking Standards Group in Beijing, and Canada health advocates InfoWay in Victoria, BC, to name a few.

Professionally, Carol has been a visiting scientist with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University, and currently holds designations as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS), a professional engineer (Canada), and an ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level.
