We offer two types of assessments; System Development Process Assessment (SDPATM) and the Quality and Test Process Improvement (QTPITM). Both of these use our methodology, but the content and benchmarks are different. The SDPATM looks at the entire IT organization and development life cycle. The QTPITM is very limited in scope and only looks at those life cycle processes that directly impact quality and testing.
During both types of assessment our team analyzes the entire IT organization. This includes the interaction within IT and also between IT and its internal and external customers. We fully document our findings, both what is working well and what needs modification, in a comprehensive report. We not only recommend improvements to solve your specific and unique findings, but also prioritize those improvements because we know you can’t fix everything at once.
